PRIME MINISTER

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;

Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2002/ND-CP dated November 5, 2002 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;

Pursuant to Decree No. 122/2005/NĐ-CP dated October 4, 2005 of the Government stipulating the organization of commendation and reward work;

Considering the proposal of the Minister of Transport and the Minister of Home Affairs,

DECISION:

Article 1. Establish the Department of Mobilization and Awards under the Ministry of Transport.

Article 2. The Minister of Transport shall specify in detail the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Department of Mobilization and Awards.

Article 3. This Decision takes effect fifteen days after the date of signature.

The Ministers of Transport, Minister of Home Affairs, and heads of relevant agencies are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
