Pursuant to the Cultural Heritage Law and Decree No. 92/2002/ND-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain Articles of the Cultural Heritage Law;
Pursuant to Decree No. 185/2007/ND-CP dated December 25, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism;
Considering the Letter No. 991/UBND-VX dated July 27, 2006 of the People's Committee of Tien Giang Province and the relic dossier;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Heritage Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. National Relic Classification:
ARCHITECTURAL ART RELIC
DIEU HOA PAGODA
PHUONG 2, MY THO CITY, TIEN GIANG PROVINCE
The protected area of the relic is determined according to the Minutes and map of the relic protection areas in the dossier.
Article 2. The People's Committees at all levels where the relics classified in Article 1 of this Decision are located shall perform state management over the relics within their duties and powers as prescribed by laws on cultural heritage.
Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 4. The Head of the Office, the Director of the Heritage Department, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Tien Giang Province, the Director of the Department of Culture and Information of Tien Giang Province, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
