THE MINISTER OF FINANCE

- Based on the State Budget Law No. 01/2002/QH11 dated December 16, 2002;

- Based on the Accounting Law No. 03/2003/QH11 dated June 17, 2003;

- Based on the Government's Decree No. 128/2004/NĐ-CP dated May 31, 2004 detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Accounting Law applicable to state accounting;

- Based on the Government's Decree No. 77/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 1, 2003 regarding the functions, tasks, authorities, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;

At the proposal of the Project Director for Public Financial Reform, the Head of the Accounting System and Audit Department, the Head of the State Budget Department, the Director of the Information Technology and Financial Statistics Department, the Director General of the State Treasury, and the Head of the Ministry of Finance's Office,

DECISION:

Article 1: Issued together with this Decision is "The Regulation on Code Segments, Quantity, and Value of Each Character in the Code Segments within the Accounting System for the Tabmis Project".

Article 2: This Decision takes effect from the date of signing and shall be applied to the Tabmis project.

Article 3: This Decision replaces Decision No. 1678/QD-BTC dated May 8, 2007 issued by the Minister of Finance on "Regulation on Code Segments, Quantity, and Value of Each Character in the Code Segments within the Accounting System for the Tabmis Project".

Article 4: The Project Director for Public Financial Reform, the Head of the Accounting System and Audit Department, the Head of the State Budget Department, the Director of the Information Technology and Financial Statistics Department, the Director General of the State Treasury, the Head of the Ministry of Finance's Office, and the Heads of units under and affiliated with the Ministry of Finance within their respective functions and authorities shall be responsible for organizing the implementation, providing guidance, and supervising the enforcement of this Decision.
