Regarding the announcement of the List of Legal Normative Documents Abolished
THE MINISTER OF PUBLIC SECURITY
Pursuant to the Law on Enactment of Legal Normative Documents dated November 12, 1996 and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Enactment of Legal Normative Documents dated December 16, 2002;
Pursuant to Decree No. 101/CP dated October 23, 1997 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Enactment of Legal Normative Documents;
Pursuant to Decision No. 355/TTg dated May 28, 1997 of the Prime Minister regarding the establishment of the Government Steering Committee for the comprehensive review and systematization of legal normative documents;
Pursuant to Decree No. 37/1998/NĐ-CP dated June 9, 1998 on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Public Security;
At the request of the Director of the Legal Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. Now hereby announces the List of legal normative documents issued by the Ministry of Public Security in the field of security and public order up to December 31, 2002 that have been abolished, including 15 documents (attached List).
Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The heads of the General Departments, the heads of units directly under the Minister, the Directors of Public Security of provinces and centrally governed cities are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
