NATIONAL ASSEMBLY STANDING COMMITTEE
SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIET NAM
Pursuant to Article 53 of the 1959 Constitution;
At the proposal of the Council of Ministers;
RESOLUTION:
1- Approves the accession of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam to the Council for Mutual Economic Assistance.
2- Approves the Charter of the Council for Mutual Economic Assistance adopted on December 14, 1959 and amended on June 21, 1974.
3- Approves the Convention on Jurisdiction, Privileges, and Immunities of the Council for Mutual Economic Assistance adopted on December 14, 1959 and amended on June 21, 1974./.
