REGARDING THE RATING OF NATIONAL HERITAGE SITES

At the proposal of the Director of the Cinema Department.
WHEREAS, the Cultural Heritage Law and Decree No. 92/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain Articles of the Cultural Heritage Law;
WHEREAS, Decree No. 185/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 25, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism;
CONSIDERING the Official Letter No. 6850/UBND-VX dated November 27, 2008 of the People's Committee of Hai Phong City and the heritage site dossier;
CONSIDERING the proposal of the Director of the Heritage Management Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. NATIONAL HERITAGE SITE RATING:
ARCHAEOLOGICAL HERITAGE SITE
CAI BEO
CAT BA MARKET TOWN, CAT HAI DISTRICT, HAI PHONG CITY
The protected area of the heritage site shall be determined according to the Minutes and map of the protected areas in the dossier.
Article 2. The People's Committees at all levels where the heritage sites rated under Article 1 of this Decision are located shall perform state management over the heritage sites within their duties and powers as prescribed by laws on cultural heritage.
Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 4. The Head of the Office, the Director of the Heritage Management Department, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Hai Phong City, the Director of the Hai Phong City Department of Culture and Information, and other relevant organizations and individuals shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
