REGARDING THE REGIME OF MANAGEMENT SUBSIDIES FOR PRISON CAMPS

PRIME MINISTER

Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;

Pursuant to Decree No. 25/CP dated May 23, 1993 of the Government stipulating temporarily the new salary system for civil servants, administrative officials, and members of the armed forces;

At the proposal of the Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs,

DECISION:

Article 1. The regime of management subsidy "Prison camp management" shall be applied to officers and soldiers directly engaged in work at prison camps and general education schools and industrial schools under the Ministry of Public Security and the Ministry of Defense (excluding prison camps).

The subsidy rate includes 25% - 15% - 5% calculated on the rank salary or position salary (for officers receiving salary) or military rank allowance (for soldiers receiving living expenses).

Article 2. This subsidy regime shall be implemented from May 1, 1995.

The Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs, the Ministry of Public Security, and the Ministry of Defense shall provide detailed guidance for the implementation of this Decision.

Article 3. Ministers of Ministries, Heads of ministerial-level agencies and agencies under the Government, Chairmen of Provincial People's Committees directly under the Central Government are responsible for enforcing this Decision./.
