GOVERNMENT INSPECTOR GENERAL

Pursuant to Decree No. 83/2012/ND-CP dated October 9, 2012 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Government Inspectorate;

Pursuant to Decree No. 43/2011/ND-CP dated June 13, 2011 of the Government on providing information and online public services on electronic websites or government portals;

Pursuant to Decree No. 64/2007/ND-CP dated April 10, 2007 of the Government on the application of information technology in state agencies;

Considering the proposals of the Director of the Organization and Cadres Department and the Director of the Information Center,

DECISION:

Article 1. This Decision promulgates the "Provision on functions, tasks, powers, and organization and operation of the Information Center" attached hereto.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature and replaces Decision No. 1319/2009/QD-TTCP dated June 19, 2009 of the Government Inspector General on the issuance of the Provision on functions, tasks, powers, and organization and operation of the Information Center.

Article 3. The Heads of the Office, the Director of the Organization and Cadres Department, the Director of the Information Center, and the heads of units under the Government Inspectorate are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
