Regarding the Classification of National Relics

At the proposal of the Director of the Cinema Department.

Pursuant to the Law on Cultural Heritage and Decree No. 92/2002/ND-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain Articles of the Law on Cultural Heritage;
Pursuant to Decree No. 185/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 25, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism;
Considering Circular No. 6850/UBND-VX dated November 27, 2008 of the People's Committee of Hai Phong City and the relic dossier;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Heritage Department,

DECISION:

Article 1. The national relics are classified as follows:

HISTORICAL RELIC

THE PLACE WHERE PRESIDENT HO CHI MINH VISITED CAT BA VILLAGE

CAT BA MARKET TOWN, CAT HA DISTRICT, HAI PHONG CITY

The protected area of the relic is determined according to the Minutes and map of the relic protection areas in the dossier.

Article 2. The People's Committees at all levels where the relics classified in Article 1 of this Decision are located shall perform state management over the relics within their respective duties and powers as prescribed by laws on cultural heritage.

Article 3. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of its publication.c) Amend and supplement Clause 17 as follows:

Article 4. The Head of the Office, the Director of the Heritage Department, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Hai Phong City, the Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Hai Phong City, and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision.
