Pursuant to Decree No. 72-CP dated April 5, 1974 of the Council of Ministers promulgating the Statute on the organization and operation of the General Statistics Office;
Pursuant to Decree No. 351-CP dated September 25, 1979 of the Council of Ministers promulgating the Regulations on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Veterans Affairs and Social Work;
Pursuant to Decree No. 27-CP dated February 22, 1962 of the Council of Ministers stipulating the principles for establishing and issuing statistical reporting regimes, forms, and survey plans,

Article 1. - Now hereby promulgates with this Decision the regime for periodic official statistical reports on veterans and social welfare applicable to provincial, municipal, and central special zone Departments of Veterans Affairs and Social Welfare, and district, urban district, town, and provincial-level city Veterans Affairs and Social Welfare Offices (with attached list).
Article 2. - The regime for periodic official statistical reports referred to in Article 1 of this Decision shall take effect from the date of issuance.
Article 3. - Directors of provincial, municipal, and central special zone Departments of Veterans Affairs and Social Welfare, heads of district, urban district, town, and provincial-level city Veterans Affairs and Social Welfare Offices are responsible for implementing this Decision.
Article 4. - The Director of the Trade, Livelihood, and Cultural-Social Statistics Department of the General Statistics Office, the Chief of the Office of the Ministry of Veterans Affairs and Social Welfare are responsible for guiding and supervising the implementation of this Decision.
