BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 01/2008/ND-CP OF JANUARY 3, 2008, PROVIDING THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT, AND THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 75/2009/ND-CP OF SEPTEMBER 10, 2009, AMENDING DECREE NO. 01/2008/ND-CP;
CONSIDERING THE PROPOSAL OF THE DIRECTOR GENERAL OF THE FORESTRY GENERAL DEPARTMENT, THE DIRECTOR OF THE SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY AND ENVIRONMENT DEPARTMENT,
DECISION:
Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS DECISION "GUIDELINES FOR THE NATIONAL FOREST INVENTORY AND ASSESSMENT PHASE 2012-2015".
Article 2. THESE GUIDELINES SHALL BE APPLIED IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE NATIONAL FOREST INVENTORY AND ASSESSMENT PROJECT PHASE 2012-2015. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM THE DATE OF SIGNATURE.
Article 3. THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY'S OFFICE, THE DIRECTOR OF THE SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY AND ENVIRONMENT DEPARTMENT, THE DIRECTOR GENERAL OF THE FORESTRY GENERAL DEPARTMENT, THE HEADS OF THE RELATED UNITS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCING THIS DECISION./.
