Regarding the Classification of National Cultural Heritage Sites

At the proposal of the Director of the Cinema Department.

Pursuant to the Law on Cultural Heritage and Government Decree No. 92/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 11, 2002 detailing the implementation of certain Articles of the Law on Cultural Heritage;
Pursuant to Government Decree No. 185/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 25, 2007 stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism;
Considering Circular No. 6850/UBND-VX dated November 27, 2008 of the People's Committee of Hai Phong City and the dossier of cultural heritage sites;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Department of Cultural Heritage,

DECISION:

Article 1. The national cultural heritage site classified is:

ARCHITECTURAL ART HERITAGE SITE

LAC VIEN HALL

LAC VIEN WARD, NGO QUYEN DISTRICT, HAI PHONG CITY

The protected area of the heritage site is determined according to the Minutes and map of the protected areas in the dossier.

Article 2. The People's Committees at all levels where the heritage sites classified in Article 1 of this Decision are located shall perform state management over the heritage sites within their duties and powers as prescribed by laws on cultural heritage.

Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.

Article 4. The Head of the Office, the Director of the Department of Cultural Heritage, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Hai Phong City, the Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Hai Phong City, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision.
