Pursuant to Decree No. 199/2013/NĐ-CP dated November 26, 2013 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;

Pursuant to Circular No. 13/CT-TTg dated June 10, 2015 of the Prime Minister on enhancing the responsibility of heads of state administrative agencies at all levels in the work of administrative procedure reform;

Article 1. The Implementation Plan for Circular No. 13/CT-TTg dated June 10, 2015 of the Prime Minister on enhancing the responsibility of heads of state administrative agencies at all levels in the work of administrative procedure reform at the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development is hereby attached.

Article 2. This Decision shall take effect from the date of signing.

Article 3. The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Head of the Legal Department, the Heads of units under the Ministry, and individuals and organizations related to this matter are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
