DECISION
Regarding the organization of the Institute of Construction Materials under the Ministry of Construction into the list of Institutes
pursuant to Decision No. 782/TTg dated October 24, 1996

PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
Pursuant to Decree No. 15/CP dated March 4, 1994 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Construction;
Pursuant to Decision No. 324/CT dated September 11, 1992 of the Chairman of the Council of Ministers (now the Prime Minister) on the restructuring of the network of scientific research and technological development agencies and Decision No. 782/TTg dated October 24, 1996 of the Prime Minister on the reorganization of scientific and technological research and development agencies;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Construction, the Minister of Science, Technology and Environment, the Minister of Planning and Investment, and the Head of the Organization and Cadre Affairs Department of the Government.
DECISION:
Article 1. Supplementing the Institute of Construction Materials under the Ministry of Construction into the list of Institutes specified in Section 1, Article 1 of Decision No. 782/TTg dated October 24, 1996 of the Prime Minister on the reorganization of scientific and technological research and development agencies and changing its name to the Institute of Construction Materials Science and Technology.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days after the date of signature.
Article 3. The Ministers of the Ministries, the Heads of ministerial-level agencies and agencies under the Government, and the Chairmen of the People's Committees of the provinces and centrally governed cities shall be responsible for implementing this decision./.
