Pursuant to Decree No. 73/CP dated November 1, 1995 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to Decision No. 115/1998/QĐ-BNN dated August 12, 1998 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development on the issuance of the management regulations for implementing the project to protect natural resources and regenerate forests in the upper reaches of the Da River;
Considering the proposal No. 116/QĐ-PTLN dated March 19, 2001 of the Director of the Forest Development Department regarding the supplementation of the management regulations for implementing the project to protect natural resources and regenerate forests in the upper reaches of the Da River;
At the proposal of the Director of the Cadre and Civil Servant Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. - Now supplements the management regulations for implementing the project to protect natural resources and regenerate forests in the upper reaches of the Da River issued by the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development pursuant to Decision No. 115/1998/QĐ-BNN dated August 12, 1998, at Section 3.2 - Fieldwork Allowance as follows:
Traveling outside the province and the communes of Chieng Hac, Chieng Dong (Yen Chau District, Son La Province); the communes of Xa Nhe, Muong Don, Sinh Phinh, Tu Va Thang, Trung Thu, Ta Phinh, Ta Sinh Thang, Sin Chai, Lao Sap Phinh, Houei Xo (Tu Va Chua District, Lai Chau Province): 40,000 VND/day.
Article 2. - This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.
Article 3. - The Head of the Ministry's Office, Heads of the Personnel Department, Heads of relevant Departments and Bureaus, Chair of the Central Project Management Board, Chair of the Central and local Project Management Boards under the two provinces of Son La and Lai Chau are responsible for enforcing this decision./.
