THE MINISTER OF CONSTRUCTION
Pursuant to Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 of the Government stipulating the tasks, powers, and responsibilities of State management by Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Pursuant to Decree No. 15/CP dated March 4, 1994 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Construction;
Pursuant to the Investment and Construction Management Regulations issued together with Decree No. 52/1999/NĐ-CP dated July 8, 1999, and Decree No. 12/2000/NĐ-CP dated May 5, 2000 amending and supplementing certain articles of the Investment and Construction Management Regulations issued together with Decree No. 52/1999/NĐ-CP dated July 8, 1999 of the Government;
At the proposal of the Director of the Institute of Construction Economics and the Director of the Science and Technology Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. The Standards and Unit Prices for Material and Construction Component Testing are hereby promulgated together with this Decision.
Article 2. These Standards and Unit Prices for Material and Construction Component Testing shall be uniformly applied throughout the country from January 1, 2002, and shall replace the Material and Construction Component Testing Price set forth in Decision No. 444/BXD-VKT dated August 1, 1996 of the Minister of Construction.
Article 3. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government-affiliated agencies, provincial People's Committees under central cities, and state-owned corporations with units permitted to conduct material and construction structure testing shall be responsible for implementing this decision.
Article 4. The Director of the Institute of Construction Economics, the Director of the Science and Technology Department of the Ministry of Construction, and related Bureaus, Departments, and Institutes shall be responsible for monitoring and summarizing the implementation of these standards and unit prices.
