Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;

Considering the proposal of the People's Committee Chairman of Quang Tri Province at the Report No. 184/TT-UB dated February 23, 2001 and the Report No. 1781/BC-UB dated November 13, 2000,

DECISION:

Article 1. Permit the implementation of a pilot program for administrative reform under the "one-stop shop" mechanism in the allocation of urban land and issuance of land use right certificates to households and individuals in Dong Ha city and agricultural, forestry land, and rural residential land to households and individuals in Cam Lo district, Quang Tri province.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.

The Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Tri Province, Ministers of Finance and Construction, Director of the Government Organization and Cadres Department, and the General Director of the Land Administration are responsible for enforcing this Decision.
