REGARDING THE MERGER OF THE ADVERTISING AND EXHIBITION ART COMPANY INTO THE VIETNAM EXHIBITION CENTER

MINISTER OF THE MINISTRY OF CULTURE, SPORTS AND TOURISM
WHEREAS, Decree No. 81/CP dated November 8, 1993 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture and Information;
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 07/NQ-BCS dated December 2, 2002 of the Party Committee of the Ministry of Culture and Information;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Cadre and Civil Service Department,
DECISION:
Article 1: MERGE THE ADVERTISING AND EXHIBITION ART COMPANY INTO THE VIETNAM EXHIBITION CENTER.
THE DIRECTOR OF THE VIETNAM EXHIBITION CENTER SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR REORGANIZING THE ORGANIZATION AND STAFF IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PRINCIPLE OF STABILIZING PRODUCTION AND BUSINESS OPERATIONS AND THE LIVES OF OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES.
Article 2: ASSIGN THE DEPARTMENT OF ORGANIZATION AND PERSONNEL, THE PLANNING DEPARTMENT, AND THE FINANCE AND ACCOUNTING DEPARTMENT TO GUIDE THE HANDOVER PROCEDURES FOR ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE, STAFF, FINANCES, ASSETS, AND OTHER RELATED ISSUES IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS.
Article 3: This Decision shall take effect from the date of signing.
Article 4: THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE, THE DEPARTMENT HEADS OF THE DEPARTMENT OF ORGANIZATION AND PERSONNEL, THE PLANNING DEPARTMENT, AND THE FINANCE AND ACCOUNTING DEPARTMENT, THE DIRECTOR OF THE VIETNAM EXHIBITION CENTER, AND THE HEADS OF THE ASSOCIATED UNITS SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION./.
