Regarding the establishment of the Vietnam Sub-committee within the Joint Government Committee of Vietnam and Tunisia for economic, trade, cultural, and scientific-technical cooperation
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to Article 9 of the Agreement on economic, cultural, scientific, and technical cooperation between the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the Government of the Republic of Tunisia signed in Hanoi on May 6, 1999;
To promote the development of economic, trade, cultural, and scientific-technical relations with Tunisia;
At the proposal of the Minister of Foreign Affairs.
DECISION:
Article 1. Establish the Vietnam Sub-committee within the Joint Government Committee of Vietnam and Tunisia for economic, trade, cultural, and scientific-technical cooperation with the following composition:
- Chairman of the Sub-committee: Deputy Minister of Trade.
- Secretary of the Sub-committee: Senior Specialist from the International Relations Department of the Government Office.
- Permanent members are representatives of the following agencies:
+ Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
+ Ministry of Industry.
+ Ministry of Transport.
+ Ministry of Construction.
+ Ministry of Fisheries.
+ Ministry of Culture and Information.
Depending on the specific content of each session of the Joint Government Committee, the Chairman of the Sub-committee is authorized to designate the number of participants.
Article 2. The Chairman and members of the Sub-committee are responsible for implementing this Decision and organizing the activities of the Sub-committee in accordance with Decision No. 258/TTg dated April 29, 1995 of the Prime Minister.
