Regarding the issuance of Vietnamese Standards

THE MINISTER OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY

Pursuant to Decree No. 54/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 19, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Science and Technology, and Decree No. 28/2004/NĐ-CP dated January 16, 2004 of the Government amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree No. 54/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 19, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Science and Technology;

WHEREAS the Quality Goods Ordinance dated December 24, 1999;

At the request of the Director General of the Standardization, Measurement, and Quality Control Department,

 DECISION:

Article 1. Issuing the following 7 Vietnamese Standards:

1. TCVN 6663-15: 2004 Water Quality - Sampling Part 15: Guidance on Storage and Handling of Sediment and Deposit Samples

2. TCVN 7323-1: 2004 Water Quality - Determination of Nitrate Part 1: Spectrophotometric Method Using 2,6-Dimethylphenol

Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette./.
