Decision No. 32/2005/QĐ-BNN dated June 7, 2005 on the issuance of the Operation and Regulation Procedures for Van Hoi Water Reservoir in Binh Dinh Province

Based on the Law on Water Resources No. 08/1998/QH10 and the Ordinance on Exploitation and Protection of Irrigation Works No. 32/2001/PL-UBTVQH10.

THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT

Based on the Government Decree No. 86/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 18, 2003 stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.

Considering the Proposal No. 231/BQL/TTr dated September 8, 2004 of the Management Board of Irrigation and Land Reclamation Zone 410 regarding the approval of the Operation and Regulation Procedures for Van Hoi Water Reservoir in Binh Dinh Province.

In accordance with the results of the review and the recommendations of the Director of the Water Resources Department, the Director of the Construction Management Department, and the Head of the Legal Department.

The Operation and Regulation Procedures for Van Hoi Water Reservoir in Binh Dinh Province are hereby issued together with this Decision.

Pursuant to …;

Article 1. The Operational Procedure for Regulating the Van Hoi Water Storage Reservoir in the Province of Binh Dinh is hereby promulgated along with this Decision.

Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.

Article 3. The Heads of the Ministry's Office, the Heads of the Departments and Units under the Ministry, and the Heads of related units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
