THE MINISTER OF HEALTH
BASED ON THE LAW ON ORGAN AND TISSUE DONATION AND TRANSPLANTATION OF HUMAN BEINGS NO. 75/2006/QH11 OF NOVEMBER 29, 2006 PASSED BY THE NATIONAL ASSEMBLY;
BASED ON THE DECREE NO. 49/2003/NĐ-CP OF MAY 15, 2003 ISSUED BY THE GOVERNMENT REGULATING THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF HEALTH;
AT THE PROPOSAL OF THE HEAD OF THE TREATMENT DEPARTMENT AND THE HEAD OF THE LEGAL AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT OF THE MINISTRY OF HEALTH,
DECISION:
Article 1. ATTACHES HERETO THE "REGULATIONS ON CLINICAL CRITERIA, PARA-CLINICAL CRITERIA AND CASES WHERE CLINICAL CRITERIA ARE NOT APPLICABLE TO DETERMINE BRAIN DEATH" WITH THIS DECISION.
Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 3. MRs./MRSs.: DIRECTOR OF THE OFFICE, DIRECTOR OF THE INSPECTION DEPARTMENT, HEADS OF DEPARTMENTS AND DIRECTORS OF AGENCIES UNDER THE MINISTRY OF HEALTH; HEADS OF UNITS SUBORDINATE TO THE MINISTRY OF HEALTH; DIRECTORS OF PROVINCE HEALTH SERVICES AND CITY HEALTH SERVICES UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT; HEADS OF RELATED UNITS SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION./.
