Enact the Training Program for railway staff positions directly serving train operations

MINISTER OF TRANSPORT
Pursuant to the Railway Law dated June 14, 2005;
Pursuant to the Vocational Training Law dated November 29, 2006;
Pursuant to Decree No. 51/2008/NĐ-CP dated April 22, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transport;
At the proposal of the Director of the Vietnam Railway Administration and the Head of the Cadre and Civil Servant Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. The Training Program for railway staff positions directly serving train operations is hereby promulgated along with this Decision.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette. All previous relevant provisions that conflict with this Decision are hereby abolished.
Article 3. The Heads of the Ministry’s Office, Inspectorate, Departments, Vietnam Railway Administration, heads of agencies, organizations, and individuals concerned are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
