Issuing the Framework Program for Intermediate Vocational Qualifications and the Framework Program for Higher College Vocational Qualifications for the "Mining Construction Technology" profession.

 MINISTER OF LABOUR - INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS

Pursuant to the Law on Vocational Training dated November 29, 2006;

Pursuant to Decree No. 186/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 25, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labour - Invalids and Social Affairs;

Pursuant to Decision No. 01/2007/QĐ-BLĐTBXH dated January 4, 2007 of the Minister of Labour - Invalids and Social Affairs promulgating regulations on framework programs for intermediate vocational qualifications and higher college vocational qualifications;

Considering the proposal of the Evaluation Council regarding the issuance of the framework program for intermediate vocational qualifications and the framework program for higher college vocational qualifications for "Mining Construction Technology";

At the recommendation of the Director General of the Vocational Training Administration,

DECIDES:

Article 1. To issue with this Decision the Framework Program for Intermediate Vocational Qualifications and the Framework Program for Higher College Vocational Qualifications for the profession: "Mining Construction Technology";

Based on these framework programs, the Principals of vocational colleges, intermediate vocational schools, intermediate specialized secondary schools, colleges, and universities registered to provide intermediate and higher college vocational training shall determine, organize evaluation, and approve their own vocational training curricula.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette.

Article 3. The Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, governmental agencies, political-social organizations, provincial People's Committees, municipal People's Committees, the Vocational Training Administration, vocational colleges, intermediate vocational schools, intermediate specialized secondary schools, colleges, and universities registered to provide intermediate and higher college vocational training for the "Mining Construction Technology" profession and related units shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
