MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
On supplementing certain types of plant protection products to the list
of plant protection products permitted for use in Vietnam
THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to Decree No. 01/2008/NĐ-CP dated January 3, 2008, of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to the Ordinance on Plant Protection and Quarantine, promulgated on August 8, 2001;
Pursuant to the Regulations on Management of Plant Protection Products issued together with Decision No. 89/2006/QD-BNN dated October 2, 2006 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
At the proposal of the Director of the Plant Protection Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. To register to supplement two insecticide types to the List of Plant Protection Products Permitted for Use in Vietnam (attached list).
Article 2. The export and import of the plant protection products issued together with this Decision shall be carried out in accordance with the Regulations on Export and Import of Goods promulgated together with Decree No. 12/2006/NĐ-CP dated January 23, 2006 of the Government.
Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 4. The Director of the Plant Protection Department, the Head of the Ministry's Office, Heads of units under the Ministry, and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
