THE MINISTER OF HEALTH
Pursuant to Decree No. 188/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 27, 2007 of the Government, stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Health;
Pursuant to Decree No. 99/2007/NĐ-CP dated June 13, 2007 of the Government on Management of Construction Project Investment Costs; and Decree No. 03/2008/NĐ-CP dated January 7, 2008 of the Government amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree No. 99/2007/NĐ-CP dated June 13, 2007 of the Government on Management of Construction Project Investment Costs;
Pursuant to Circular No. 09/2008/TT-BXD dated April 17, 2008 of the Ministry of Construction guiding the adjustment of prices and construction contracts due to fluctuations in raw material, fuel, and building material prices and related documents;.
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Medical Equipment and Health Facilities Department;
DECISION:
Article 1. Attached hereto with this Decision: "Interim Guidelines on Methods for Adjusting Prices and Construction Contracts Due to Fluctuations in Raw Material, Fuel, and Building Material Prices in Construction Projects Funded by State Budgets Managed by the Ministry of Health".
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Heads of the Ministry's Office, Directors of Departments, Inspectors General, Heads of subordinate units, and other relevant agencies and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
