ISSUING NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATIONS ON RURAL URBAN PLANNING

THE MINISTER OF CONSTRUCTION
Pursuant to Decree No. 127/2007/NĐ-CP dated August 1, 2007 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations;
Pursuant to Decree No. 17/2008/NĐ-CP dated February 4, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Construction;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Science, Technology and Environment Department,
c) Enterprises may be granted permission for no more than one block out of the total three dual-frequency blocks (FDD) B
Article 1. ISSUING NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATION QCVN 14:2009/BXD ON RURAL URBAN PLANNING.
Article 2. THIS CIRCULAR SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM OCTOBER 25, 2009.
Article 3. THE MINISTER, HEADS OF GOVERNMENTAL AGENCIES AT THE MINISTERIAL LEVEL, HEADS OF PROVINCES AND DIRECTLY-GOVERNED CITIES’ PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES, AND RELEVANT ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF THIS CIRCULAR./.
