ISSUING THE LIST OF VACCINES, BIOLOGICAL PREPARATIONS, MICROORGANISMS, AND CHEMICALS USED IN VETERINARY MEDICINE PERMITTED FOR CIRCULATION IN VIETNAM
in veterinary medicine permitted for circulation in Vietnam

BASED ON THE GOVERNMENTAL DECREE NO. 01/2008/NĐ-CP OF JANUARY 3, 2008, PROVIDING THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT;
BASED ON THE GOVERNMENTAL DECREE NO. 75/2009/NĐ-CP OF SEPTEMBER 10, 2009, AMENDING ARTICLE 3 OF THE GOVERNMENTAL DECREE NO. 01/2008/NĐ-CP OF JANUARY 3, 2008;
BASED ON THE ANIMAL HEALTH ORDINANCE OF APRIL 29, 2004;
BASED ON THE GOVERNMENTAL DECREE NO. 33/2005/NĐ-CP OF MARCH 15, 2005, PROVIDING DETAILED REGULATIONS FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE ANIMAL HEALTH ORDINANCE;
Article 1. 1. National Technical Regulation on Railway Traffic Signals, number QCVN 21:2025/BXD.
1. THE LIST OF VACCINES, BIOLOGICAL PREPARATIONS, MICROORGANISMS, AND CHEMICALS USED IN VETERINARY MEDICINE PERMITTED FOR CIRCULATION IN VIETNAM.
2. THE LIST OF VACCINES, BIOLOGICAL PREPARATIONS, MICROORGANISMS, AND CHEMICALS USED IN VETERINARY MEDICINE PERMITTED FOR CIRCULATION IN VIETNAM UNTIL DECEMBER 31, 2011.
Article 2. THIS CIRCULAR SHALL TAKE EFFECT 45 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF SIGNATURE AND REPLACE CIRCULAR NO. 19/2010/TT-BNNPTNT OF APRIL 2, 2010, ISSUED BY THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT REGARDING THE ISSUANCE OF THE LIST OF VACCINES, BIOLOGICAL PREPARATIONS, MICROORGANISMS, AND CHEMICALS USED IN VETERINARY MEDICINE PERMITTED FOR CIRCULATION IN VIETNAM.
Article 3. THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE, THE DIRECTOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF VETERINARY SERVICES, THE DIRECTOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY AND ENVIRONMENT, THE HEADS OF THE RELATED AUTHORITIES, ORGANIZATIONS, AND INDIVIDUALS INSIDE AND OUTSIDE VIETNAM ENGAGED IN ACTIVITIES RELATED TO THE PRODUCTION, BUSINESS, AND USE OF VACCINES, BIOLOGICAL PREPARATIONS, MICROORGANISMS, AND CHEMICALS USED IN VETERINARY MEDICINE IN VIETNAM ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCING THIS CIRCULAR./.
