Pursuant to Decree No. 01/2008/NĐ-CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development; Decree No. 75/2009/NĐ-CP dated September 10, 2009 of the Government amending Article 3 of Decree No. 01/2008/NĐ-CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;

Pursuant to the Veterinary Law No. 18/2004/PL-UBTVQH adopted by the Standing Committee of the National Assembly on April 29, 2004;

Pursuant to Decree No. 33/2005/NĐ-CP dated March 15, 2005 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Veterinary Law; Decree No. 119/2008/NĐ-CP dated November 28, 2008 of the Government amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree No. 33/2005/NĐ-CP dated March 15, 2005 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Veterinary Law;

Considering the proposal of the Director of the Department of Animal Health;

The Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development issues this Circular on the List of Aquatic Animals and Aquatic Animal Products Subject to Quarantine Inspection; the List of Aquatic Animals and Aquatic Animal Products Required to Undergo Quarantine Inspection:

Article 1. 1. National Technical Regulation on Railway Traffic Signals, number QCVN 21:2025/BXD.

1. The List of Aquatic Animals and Aquatic Animal Products Subject to Quarantine Inspection.

2. The List of Aquatic Animals and Aquatic Animal Products Required to Undergo Quarantine Inspection.

Article 2. Repealing Decision No. 110/2008/QĐ-BNN dated November 12, 2008 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development promulgating the List of Aquatic Animals and Aquatic Animal Products Subject to Quarantine Inspection.

Article 3. EFFECTIVE DATE

This Circular shall take effect 45 days from the date of signature.

Article 4. Implementing organization.

The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Department of Animal Health, Heads of units under the Ministry, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
