DECREE
DECREE NO. 32-CP OF MAY 22, 1995 ON THE TRANSFER OF THE VIETNAM CIVIL AVIATION ADMINISTRATION TO BE UNDER THE DIRECT SUPERVISION OF THE GOVERNMENT
In order to implement Article 1 of the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Civil Aviation Law of Vietnam dated April 20, 1995, which stipulates that the civil aviation administration agency shall be a government agency under the direct supervision of the Government,
THE GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
The Vietnam Civil Aviation Administration is hereby transferred from the Ministry of Transport to be directly under the Government's supervision to assist the Government in performing its specialized state management functions in civil aviation.
DECREE:
Article 1. The Ministry of Transport is responsible for transferring all organizational structures, staff, material and technical facilities, documents, and state management tasks related to civil aviation to the Vietnam Civil Aviation Administration.
The Government's Organizational and Cadre Affairs Committee, together with the Vietnam Civil Aviation Administration, shall draft a decree defining the functions, responsibilities, authorities, and organizational structure of the Vietnam Civil Aviation Administration for submission to the Government for decision.
Article 2. This Decree shall take effect from the date of issuance. All previous regulations contrary to this Decree are hereby abolished.
Article 3. The Minister of Transport, the Director of the Vietnam Civil Aviation Administration, the Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of agencies under the Government, Chairmen of Provincial People's Committees, and Chairmen of Municipal People's Committees directly under the Central Government are responsible for implementing this Decree.
