DECISION
On the release of national reserve rice to support Phu Tho Province in mitigating flood damage
THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
Pursuant to Decree No. 118/2008/NĐ-CP dated November 27, 2008 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
Pursuant to Decision No. 09/QĐ-TTg dated January 2, 2009 of the Prime Minister regarding the release of national reserve rice to support Phu Tho Province for famine relief in areas affected by floods and natural disasters in 2008;
At the proposal of the Director of the National Reserve Agency,
DECIDES:
Article 1. The National Reserve Agency shall release (without charge) 1,500 tons of rice from national reserve stocks to support Phu Tho Province for famine relief in areas affected by floods and natural disasters in 2008.
Article 2. The National Reserve Agency is responsible for coordinating with the People's Committee of Phu Tho Province to promptly organize the delivery and receipt of rice at district centers according to the provincial allocation plan.
The National Reserve Agency shall record a reduction in national reserve capital for the aforementioned quantity of rice based on the accounting records, and report the final settlement of relief supplies as prescribed.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect from the date of issuance. The Director of the National Reserve Agency, the Heads of the Department of State Budget, the Department of Planning and Finance, the Director of the Price Management Agency, and the Minister's Office shall be responsible for its implementation.
