THE MINISTER OF CULTURE, SPORTS AND TOURISM
On the basis of the Law on Cultural Heritage and Decree No. 92/2002/ND-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Cultural Heritage;
On the basis of Decree No. 185/2007/ND-CP dated December 25, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism;
Considering Circular No. 6850/UBND-VX dated November 27, 2008 of the People's Committee of Hai Phong City and the relic dossier;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Heritage Management Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. National Relic Classification:

HON DAO RELIC
VAN HƯONG WARD, DOSON DISTRICT, HAI PHONG CITY
The protected area of the relic is determined according to the Minutes and map of the relic protection areas in the dossier.
12/2025/TT-BNNMT dated June 19, 2025 issued by the Minister of Agriculture and EnvironmentPeople's Committees at all levels where the relics classified in Article 1 of this Decision are located shall perform state management over the relics within their assigned tasks and powers in accordance with the laws on cultural heritage.
Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 4. The Head of the Office, the Director of the Heritage Management Department, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Hai Phong City, the Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Hai Phong City, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
