Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Considering Decision No. 118/2003/QD-TTg dated June 11, 2003 of the Government Chairman on the establishment of the Planning and Investment Construction Guidance Committee for the Hanoi Capital Region;
Upon the proposals of the Ministers of Construction, Transport, Finance, Defense, Industry and Trade, Agriculture and Rural Development, Planning and Investment, Natural Resources and Environment; the Chairman of the Government Office; the Chairmen of the People's Committees of the provinces and cities: Hanoi, Ha Tay, Hoa Binh, Vinh Phuc, Bac Ninh, Hung Yen, Hai Duong, Ha Nam,

DECISION:

Article 1. The members of the Planning and Investment Construction Guidance Committee for the Hanoi Capital Region include:

- Chairman: Mr. Hoang Trung Hai, Deputy Prime Minister.

- Vice-Chairman in charge: Mr. Nguyen Hong Quan, Minister of Construction.

- Vice-Chairman: Mr. Ho Ngoc Dung, Minister of Transport.

- Members:

1. Mr. Cao Viet Sinh, Deputy Minister of Planning and Investment,

2. Mr. Nguyen Cong Nghia, Deputy Minister of Finance,

3. Mr. Pham Hong Loi, Deputy Chief of General Staff, Ministry of Defense,

4. Mr. Bui Xuan Khu, Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade,

5. Mr. Tran The Ngoc, Deputy Minister of Natural Resources and Environment,

6. Mr. Tran Ngoc Chinh, Deputy Minister of Construction,

7. Mr. Van Trong Ly, Deputy Director of the Government Office,

8. A Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development,

9. Mr. Nguyen The Thao, Chairman of the People's Committee of Hanoi City,

11. Mr. Quach The Hung, Deputy Chairman of the People's Committee of Hoa Binh Province,

13. Mr. Bui Vinh Kien, Deputy Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh Province,

14. Mr. Nguyen Thanh Quan, Deputy Chairman of the People's Committee of Hung Yen Province,

15. Mr. Le Hong Van, Deputy Chairman of the People's Committee of Hai Duong Province,

16. Mr. Le Van Tan, Deputy Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Nam Province.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.

Article 3. The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies; Chairmen of the People's Committees of the provinces and cities: Hanoi, Ha Tay, Hoa Binh, Vinh Phuc, Bac Ninh, Hung Yen, Hai Duong, Ha Nam and the members of the Guidance Committee are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
