BASED ON THE HERITAGE LAW AND DECREE NO. 92/2002/NĐ-CP OF NOVEMBER 11, 2002 ISSUED BY THE GOVERNMENT TO DETAIL IMPLEMENTATION OF CERTAIN ARTICLES OF THE HERITAGE LAW;
Pursuant to Decree No. 185/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 25, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism;
CONSIDERING THE LETTER NO. 6850/UBND-VX OF NOVEMBER 27, 2008 FROM THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF HAI PHONG CITY AND THE HERITAGE SITE FILE;
CONSIDERING THE PROPOSAL OF THE DIRECTOR OF THE HERITAGE MANAGEMENT AGENCY,
DECISION:
Article 1. THE NATIONAL HERITAGE SITE RATING IS AS FOLLOWS:
HISTORICAL HERITAGE SITE

WANHƯƠNG WARD, DOSON DISTRICT, HAI PHONG CITY
THE PROTECTED AREA OF THE HERITAGE SITE IS DETERMINED ACCORDING TO THE MINUTES AND MAPS OF THE PROTECTED AREAS IN THE HERITAGE SITE FILE.
Article 2. LOCAL PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES AT ALL LEVELS WHERE THE HERITAGE SITES RATED IN ARTICLE 1 OF THIS DECISION ARE LOCATED SHALL PERFORM STATE ADMINISTRATION OVER THE HERITAGE SITES WITHIN THEIR DUTIES AND AUTHORITY AS PROVIDED BY LEGISLATION ON HERITAGE.
Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 4. THE HEAD OF THE DEPARTMENT, THE DIRECTOR OF THE HERITAGE MANAGEMENT AGENCY, THE CHAIRMAN OF THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF HAI PHONG CITY, THE DIRECTOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF CULTURE, SPORTS AND TOURISM OF HAI PHONG CITY, AND OTHER RELATED ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION./.
