At the proposal of the Director of the Cinema Department.

Pursuant to the Law on Cultural Heritage and Decree No. 92/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain Articles of the Law on Cultural Heritage;

Pursuant to Decree No. 185/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 25, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism;

Considering Circular No. 2284/UBND-VX dated May 23, 2007 of the People's Committee of Thanh Hoa Province and the monument dossier;

Considering the proposal of the Director of the Heritage Department,

DECISION:

Article 1. National Monument Classification:

SCENIC SPOT

KIM SON MOUNTAIN

VINH AN COMMUNE, VINC LOC DISTRICT, THANH HOA PROVINCE

The protected area of the monument is determined according to the Minutes and map of the protected areas of the monument in the dossier.

Article 2. The People's Committees at all levels where the monuments classified in Article 1 of this Decision are located shall perform state management over the monuments within their functions and powers as prescribed by laws on cultural heritage.

Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.

Article 4. The Heads of the Office, the Director of the Heritage Department, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Thanh Hoa Province, the Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Thanh Hoa Province, relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision.
