Regarding the detailed implementation and adjustment of Decision No. 96/TM-XNK dated February 14, 1995

On February 14, 1995, the Minister of Trade issued Decision No. 96/TM-XNK promulgating the List of Goods Prohibited for Export and Import to take effect from April 1, 1995. Now, the Ministry of Trade details and adjusts as follows:
I. After consultation with relevant sectors, the Ministry of Trade clarifies Point 3, Part II, of the List of Goods Prohibited for Export and Import, which includes prohibited import chemicals, specifically:
1. Metal hydride compounds,
2. Azide compounds,
3. Heavy metal sulfides,
4. Halogen oxides and peroxyhalogen compounds,
5. Organic halogen compounds,
6. Organic phosphorus-containing compounds,
7. Organic sulfur-containing compounds,
8. Organic nitrogen-containing compounds and nitrile compounds,
9. Organic ethers.
II. The Ministry of Trade adjusts Point 5, Part II, of the List of Goods Prohibited for Export and Import as follows: remove the word "explosive" after the word "fireworks," that is, prohibit the import of all types of fireworks.
