of the Prime Minister on export and import management, during the period 2001-2005

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
On the basis of the situation regarding the preparation of regulatory legal documents guiding the implementation of the Trade Law 2005 in the field of export and import of goods by relevant ministries and sectors,
DECISION:
Article 1. The validity period of Decision No. 46/2001/QĐ-TTg dated April 4, 2001 of the Prime Minister on export and import management of goods during the period 2001-2005 is extended until April 30, 2006.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from January 1, 2006.
Article 3. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairpersons of provincial People's Committees under central cities are responsible for implementing this Decision.
