Supplementing the grounds for state inspection of imported gasoline quality in 1997

MINISTER OF THE MINISTRY OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY AND ENVIRONMENT
- On the basis of the Ordinance on Product Quality dated December 27, 1990;
- On the basis of the Decree No. 22/CP dated May 22, 1993 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Science, Technology, and Environment;
- On the basis of the Decree No. 86/CP dated December 8, 1995 of the Government stipulating the division of responsibilities for state management of product quality;
- Considering the proposal of Vietnam Oil and Gas Corporation;
- Following the proposal of the Director General of the National Standardization, Metrology, and Quality Control Bureau.

Article 1. Supplementing the following grounds for inspection for automobile gasoline under the "List of Goods Subject to State Inspection of Quality for Export and Import in 1997" issued together with Decision No. 2579 QĐ/TĐC dated October 28, 1996 of the Minister of Science, Technology, and Environment:

Article 2. Organizations and individuals involved in the import and export of automobile gasoline as provided in Article 1 and the state agencies responsible for inspecting the quality of exported and imported goods shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
Article 3. The National Standardization, Metrology, and Quality Control Bureau and related state agencies shall organize, guide, and supervise the implementation of this Decision.
Article 4. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature./.
