THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
BASED ON THE DECREE NO. 199/2013/NĐ-CP OF NOVEMBER 26, 2013 OF THE GOVERNMENT PROVIDING FOR THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT;
Pursuant to Decision No. 57/QD-TTg dated January 9, 2012 of the Prime Minister approving the plan for forest protection and development for the period 2011-2020;
Considering the Report No. 178/TTr-KLV I dated June 25, 2014 of the Forestry Inspection Region I requesting approval of the investment orientation for the Project: "Forest Protection and Improvement for Experimental Forestry Inspection in Region I for the period 2015-2020";
At the proposal of the Director General of the Forest Management Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. Approves the investment orientation for the Project: "Forest Protection and Improvement for Experimental Forestry Inspection in Region I for the period 2015-2020 from the budget of the Plan for Forest Protection and Development for the period 2011-2020, with the main contents as follows:
1. Project Name: The Project on Forest Protection and Improvement for Experimental Forestry Inspection in Region I for the period 2015-2020.
2. Investor: Forestry Inspection Region I.
3. Investment Location: Experimental forest area managed by Forestry Inspection Region I. Address: Ha Kou Ward, Ha Long City, Quang Ninh Province.
4. Investment Objectives: To invest in management, improvement, and sustainable development of forests for Forestry Inspection Region I, contributing to enhancing research capabilities, experimental activities, and technology transfer in forestry science and technology, serving as a basis for training and developing human resources, expanding forestry production in the northern mountainous region, responding to climate change, and meeting national socio-economic development requirements.
5. Investment Capital: From the development investment capital from the state budget according to Decision No. 57/QD-TTg dated January 9, 2012 of thePrime Minister approving the plan for forest protection and development for the period 2011-2020.
6. Implementation Period of the Project: from 2015 to 2020.
Article 2. Based on the research and experimental orientation of Forestry Inspection Region I for the period 2015-2020 and implementing subsequent steps in accordance with current procedures and regulations.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect from the date of signing.
Article 4. The Director of the Ministry's Office, the General Director of the Forest Management Department; the Director of Forestry Inspection Region I and the Heads of related units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
