Article 1. ATTACHED HERETO IS THE TEMPORARY TECHNICAL STANDARD FOR APPLICATION TO FISHERY PROMOTION MODELS (SEE ANNEX). IN SPECIAL CASES, THE MODEL REVIEW BOARD SHALL DETERMINE THE TECHNICAL EXPENSE STANDARD FOR SPECIFIC MODELS OUTSIDE THE PROVISIONS OF THIS DECISION.
Article 2. THIS DECISION TAKES EFFECT FROM THE DATE OF SIGNATURE. PREVIOUS TECHNICAL STANDARDS FOR FISHERY PROMOTION MODELS THAT CONTRADICT THE PROVISIONS OF THIS DECISION ARE ABOLISHED.
Article 3. THE HEAD OF THE OFFICE, DIRECTORS OF THE SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY AND ENVIRONMENT DEPARTMENT, FINANCE DEPARTMENT, PLANNING DEPARTMENT, DIRECTOR OF THE NATIONAL AGRICULTURAL AND FISHERY PROMOTION CENTER, AND HEADS OF RELATED UNITS SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION./.
