Regarding the adjustment of the charter capital structure of the Saigon Beer - Alcohol - Beverage Joint Stock Corporation

PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Law on State-Owned Enterprises dated November 26, 2003;
Pursuant to the Enterprise Law dated November 29, 2005;
Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 109/2007/NĐ-CP dated June 26, 2007 on converting state-owned enterprises with 100% state capital into joint stock companies;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Industry and Trade,
DECISION:
Article 1. The charter capital structure of the Saigon Beer - Alcohol - Beverage Joint Stock Corporation is adjusted as follows:
1. State-held shares: 574,519,134 shares, accounting for 89.59% of the charter capital;
2. Shares sold preferentially to employees: 2,522,900 shares, accounting for 0.39% of the charter capital;
3. Shares sold through public auction to outside parties: 64,239,152 shares, accounting for 10.02% of the charter capital.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect from the date of signing.
The Ministers of Industry and Trade, Finance, Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs, Planning and Investment, Home Affairs, Heads of relevant agencies, Steering Committee for Enterprise Reform and Development, Board of Directors of the Saigon Beer - Alcohol - Beverage Joint Stock Corporation are responsible for implementing this Decision.
