DECREE NO. 33/2000/NĐ-CP OF THE GOVERNMENT DATED AUGUST 17, 2000 ON AMENDING THE ADMINISTRATIVE BOUNDARIES OF KIEN HAI DISTRICT
AND KIEN LUONG DISTRICT, KIEN GIANG PROVINCE
THE GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
Considering the proposal of the Chairman Within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the dossier as mentioned in Sub-clause b, Clause 1, Article 3 above, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will review and submit to the competent authority for decision (Issues exceeding the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' jurisdiction will be referred to the Prime Minister for consideration and decision).THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF KIEN GIANG PROVINCE AND THE MINISTER, HEAD OF THE ORGANIZATION-CIVIL SERVICE DEPARTMENT OF THE GOVERNMENT,
DECREE:
Article 1. TRANSFER SONH NGHE COMMUNE AND SON HAI COMMUNE FROM KIEN HAI DISTRICT TO THE MANAGEMENT OF KIEN LUONG DISTRICT.
Article 2. This Decree takes effect from the date of signature. All previous regulations contrary to this Decree are abolished.
Article 3. THE CHAIRMAN OF THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF KIEN GIANG PROVINCE, THE MINISTER, HEAD OF THE ORGANIZATION-CIVIL SERVICE DEPARTMENT OF THE GOVERNMENT AND THE HEADS OF THE RELATED AGENCIES ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECREE./.
