On the basis of Decree No. 74/CP of the Government dated November 1, 1995 on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;
In consideration of the proposal of Vietnam Electricity Corporation;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Technology Management and Product Quality;
Pursuant to …;
Article 1. The Flood Release Procedure for the Don Duong Reservoir of the Da Nhim Hydroelectric Power Plant (QTxl-DN99) is hereby issued together with this Decision.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signing and replaces Decision No. 607/NL-KHKT dated September 27, 1994 of the Ministry of Energy (previously) regarding the issuance of the Flood Release Procedure for the Don Duong Reservoir of the Da Nhim Hydroelectric Power Plant (QTxl-DN94).
Article 3. The Head of the Ministry's Office, Directors of the Departments of Technology Management and Product Quality, Planning and Investment, Legal Affairs, the Director of the Technical Safety Inspection Bureau, General Director of Vietnam Electricity Corporation, and the Director of the Da Nhim Hydroelectric Power Plant are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
