MINISTER OF THE MINISTRY OF CULTURE, SPORTS AND TOURISM
Pursuant to Decree No. 81/CP dated November 8, 1993 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture and Information;
Pursuant to Resolution No. 07/NQ-BCS dated December 2, 2002 of the Party Cadre and Civil Servants Committee of the Ministry of Culture and Information;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Cadre and Civil Service Department,
DECISION:
Article 1: The Import-Export Technical Service Materials Company for Cinematography - Video shall be merged into the Import-Export Electrical Equipment and Cinematography - Video Company.
The Director of the Import-Export Electrical Equipment and Cinematography - Video Company shall be responsible for reorganizing the organizational structure and personnel based on the principle of stabilizing production and business operations and the living conditions of employees.
Article 2: The Organization and Cadres Department, the Planning Department, and the Finance and Accounting Department shall guide the procedures for transferring organizational structure, personnel, finance, assets, and other related issues in accordance with the provisions of the law.
Article 3:This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.
Article 4: The Head of the Ministry's Office, the Heads of the Organization and Cadres Department, the Planning Department, the Finance and Accounting Department, the Director of the Import-Export Electrical Equipment and Cinematography - Video Company, and the Heads of relevant units shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./
