BASED ON THE ANIMAL HEALTH ORDINANCE OF APRIL 29, 2004;
BASED ON DECREE NO. 33/2005/NĐ-CP OF MARCH 15, 2005 ISSUED BY THE GOVERNMENT PROVIDING GUIDELINES FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE ANIMAL HEALTH ORDINANCE;
Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2003/ND-CP dated July 18, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
BASED ON DIRECTIVE NO. 07/2002/CT-TTg OF FEBRUARY 25, 2002 ISSUED BY THE PRIME MINISTER ON STRENGTHENING MANAGEMENT OF THE USE OF ANTIBIOTICS AND CHEMICALS IN THE PRODUCTION AND DISTRIBUTION OF FOOD OF ANIMAL ORIGIN;
CONSIDERING THE PROPOSAL SUBMITTED BY THE DIRECTOR OF THE ANIMAL HEALTH INSPECTION DEPARTMENT,
DECIDES:
Article 1. The List of Veterinary Drugs Permitted for Circulation, Restricted Use, and Prohibited Use in Vietnam in 2006.
THE LIST OF VETERINARY DRUGS PERMITTED TO CIRCULATE UNTIL DECEMBER 31, 2005.
Article 2. THIS DECISION REPLACES DECISION NO. 17/2004/QĐ/BNN OF MAY 14, 2004 ISSUED BY THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT REGARDING THE ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE LIST OF VETERINARY DRUGS FOR 2004.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette of the Government.
Article 4. THE HEAD OF THE OFFICE, THE DIRECTOR OF THE ANIMAL HEALTH INSPECTION DEPARTMENT, THE DIRECTOR OF THE SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT, THE HEADS OF THE RELATED AUTHORITIES, ORGANIZATIONS, AND INDIVIDUALS WITH ACTIVITIES RELATED TO THE PRODUCTION, DISTRIBUTION, AND USE OF VETERINARY DRUGS IN VIETNAM SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCING THIS DECISION.
