DECREE
Repeals Decree No. 19/1998/NĐ-CP
dated March 26, 1998 of the Government on the establishment
of Giao Hung Commune under Giao Thuy District, Nam Dinh Province

THE GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to the Law on Government Organization on December 25, 2001,
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Home Affairs and the People's Committee of Nam Dinh Province;
DECREE:
Article 1. Repeals Decree No. 19/1998/NĐ-CP dated March 26, 1998 of the Government on the establishment of Giao Hung Commune under Giao Thuy District, Nam Dinh Province.
Article 2. This Decree shall take effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Minister of Home Affairs, the People's Committee of Nam Dinh Province, and the Heads of relevant agencies shall be responsible for implementing this Decree./.
