MINISTER OF TRANSPORT

Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Acts of 1997 and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on Legislative Acts of 2002;

Pursuant to Decree No. 161/2005/NĐ-CP dated December 27, 2005 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain articles of the Law on Legislative Acts and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on Legislative Acts;

Pursuant to Decree No. 135/2003/NĐ-CP dated November 14, 2003 of the Government on inspection and handling of legislative acts;

Pursuant to Decree No. 34/2003/NĐ-CP dated April 4, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transport;

At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Inspection and Quality Control for Road Transport, 

DECISION:

Clause 4 of Article 6The following Decisions, Circulars, and Directives are hereby revoked:

1. Decision No. 06/2005/QĐ-BGTVT dated January 4, 2005 of the Minister of Transport on issuing certain regulations in the bidding process for construction works of investment projects funded by domestic sources under the management of the Ministry of Transport.

2. Decision No. 337/1998/QĐ-BGTVT dated March 4, 1998 of the Minister of Transport amending Clause 16.3 Article 16 of the Implementation Procedure for Investment and Construction Processes in the Transportation Sector issued pursuant to Decision No. 1781/CGĐ-KHĐT-TCKT dated July 17, 1997 of the Ministry of Transport.

3. Decision No. 1781/CGĐ-KHĐT-TCKT dated July 17, 1997 of the Minister of Transport on issuing the Implementation Procedure for Investment and Construction Processes in the Transportation Sector.

4. Circular No. 167/1998/TT-BGTVT dated June 18, 1998 of the Minister of Transport guiding the adjustment of project budgets for basic construction works in the Transportation Sector.

5. Directive No. 23/2002/CT-BGTVT dated December 3, 2002 of the Minister of Transport on strengthening the management of investment and construction in the Transportation Sector.

6. Directive No. 423/1998/CT-BGTVT dated December 22, 1998 of the Minister of Transport on training supervision consultants for transportation construction projects.

Article 2.This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.

Article 3. The Heads of the Ministry's Office, the Inspectorate, the Departments, the Directors of the Departments under the Ministry, the Heads of agencies, organizations, and individuals concerned are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
