THE GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Interior and the Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Nam province,
DECREE:
Clause 4 of Article 6Adjusting the administrative boundaries of communes and towns; establishing communes, wards, expanding towns in Dai Loc district, Bac Tra My district, Thang Binh district, and Hoi An city, Quang Nam province as follows:
1. Establishing commune Da An under Dai Loc district based on adjusting 661.04 hectares of natural area and 7,607 population from commune Da Hoa.
Commune Da An has 661.04 hectares of natural area and 7,607 population.
Administrative boundary of commune Da An: East borders commune Da Hoa; West borders commune Da Cuong; South borders commune Duy Hoa, Duy Xuyen district; North borders town Ai Nghia and commune Da Nghia, Dai Loc district.
2. Adjusting 182.48 hectares of natural area and 565 population from commune Da Nghia; 211.28 hectares of natural area and 282 population from commune Da Hiep to town Ai Nghia for management.
Town Ai Nghia has 1,230.45 hectares of natural area and 18,228 population.
After adjusting the administrative boundaries:
- Commune Da Nghia remains with 3,127 hectares of natural area and 11,655 population.
- Commune Da Hiep remains with 2,373.72 hectares of natural area and 7,847 population.
- Commune Da Hoa remains with 701.94 hectares of natural area and 6,743 population.
Dai Loc district has 18 subordinate administrative units, including communes: Da Hiep, Da Hoa, Da Nghia, Da Thang, Da Cuong, Da Minh, Da Phong, Da Tan, Da Chanh, Da Thanh, Da Hong, Da Quang, Da Dong, Da Lang, Da Hung, Da Son, Da An and town Ai Nghia.
3. Establishing commune Tra Son under Bac Tra My district based on adjusting 4,295 hectares of natural area and 2,939 population from town Tra My.
Commune Tra Son has 4,295 hectares of natural area and 2,939 population.
Administrative boundary of commune Tra Son: East borders commune Tra Giang and town Tra My; West borders commune Tra Tan and commune Tra Doc; South borders commune Tra Gac; North borders commune Tien Ngoc, Tien Phuoc district.
After adjusting the administrative boundaries:
- Town Tra My remains with 2,035 hectares of natural area and 7,628 population.
Bac Tra My district has 13 subordinate administrative units, including communes: Tra Kot, Tra Nu, Tra Dong, Tra Duong, Tra Giang, Tra Buu, Tra Doc, Tra Tan, Tra Gac, Tra Gap, Tra Ka, Tra Son and town Tra My.
4. Establishing commune Binh Dinh Bac under Thang Binh district based on adjusting 1,452 hectares of natural area and 4,883 population from commune Binh Dinh.
Commune Binh Dinh Bac has 1,452 hectares of natural area and 4,883 population.
Administrative boundary of commune Binh Dinh Bac: East borders commune Binh Quy; West borders commune Binh Tri; South borders commune Binh Dinh Nam; North borders commune Phu Tho, commune Que Thu and commune Que Chau, Que Son district.
5. Establishing commune Binh Dinh Nam under Thang Binh district based on remaining 1,678 hectares of natural area and 5,274 population of commune Binh Dinh.

6. Establishing ward Cam Nam under Hoi An city based on the entire 454.94 hectares of natural area and 6,035 population of commune Cam Nam.
Ward Cam Nam has 454.94 hectares of natural area and 6,035 population.
Administrative boundary of ward Cam Nam: East borders commune Cam Thanh; West borders ward Minh An; South borders commune Cam Kim, commune Duy Vinh; North borders ward Minh An, ward Son Phong and commune Cam Chau.
After establishing ward Cam Nam:
Hoi An city has 13 subordinate administrative units, including wards: Minh An, Son Phong, Cam Pho, Thanh Ha, Tan An, Cam Chau, Cam An, Cuu Dai, Cam Nam and communes: Cam Ha, Cam Thanh, Cam Kim, Tan Hiep.
12/2025/TT-BNNMT dated June 19, 2025 issued by the Minister of Agriculture and EnvironmentThis Decree takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette. All previous regulations contrary to this Decree are abolished.
Article 3. The Minister of Interior, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Nam province, and heads of related agencies are responsible for implementing this Decree./.
