REGARDING THE ISSUE OF REGULATIONS ON THE RECOGNITION OF TESTING LABORATORIES, SAMPLE COLLECTORS, AND FERTILIZER INSPECTORS,person taking samples, person testing fertilizers

THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
WHEREAS, THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 86/2003/ND-CP OF JULY 18, 2003, PROVIDES FOR THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT;
WHEREAS, THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 113/2003/ND-CP OF OCTOBER 7, 2003, PROVIDES FOR THE MANAGEMENT OF FERTILIZER PRODUCTION AND DISTRIBUTION;
WHEREAS, THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 179/2004/ND-CP OF OCTOBER 21, 2004, PROVIDES FOR THE STATE MANAGEMENT OF PRODUCT QUALITY;
At the proposal of the Director of the Crop Production Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS DECISION ARE THE REGULATIONS ON THE RECOGNITION OF FERTILIZER TESTING LABORATORIES, SAMPLE COLLECTORS, AND FERTILIZER INSPECTORS.
Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT FIFTEEN DAYS AFTER ITS PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE.
Article 3. THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY'S OFFICE, DIRECTOR OF THE PLANT CULTIVATION DEPARTMENT, DIRECTOR OF THE SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT, DIRECTORS OF THE PROVINCE AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENTS, HEADS OF UNITS, ORGANIZATIONS, AND INDIVIDUALS ASSOCIATED WITH THESE MATTERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION./.
