ISSUING REGULATIONS ON POST-AUDIT AND FINANCIAL INSPECTION PROCEDURES
THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
Pursuant to the Inspection Law on June 15, 2004;
Pursuant to Government Decree No. 77/2003/ND-CP dated July 1, 2003 stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
Pursuant to Government Decree No. 81/2005/ND-CP dated June 22, 2005 on the organization and operation of Financial Inspection;
Considering the proposal of the Inspector General of the Ministry of Finance.
DECISION:
Article 1. This Decision promulgates the Post-Audit and Financial Inspection Procedures attached hereto.
Article 2. Decision No. 2195/QĐ-UBND dated September 15, 2021 of the People's Committee of Ben Tre Province) This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette. The Inspector General of the Ministry of Finance, the Director of the Ministry of Finance's Office, Heads of agencies and units under the Ministry of Finance, Directors of Provincial and Central City Departments of Finance are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
